CANCELLATION POLICY REMINDER

This is a reminder of previous booking and cancellation policies sent.

If a booking is cancelled:

• 30 days prior to arrival: guest forfeits 25% of the deposit



• 21 days prior to arrival: guest forfeits 50% of the deposit



• 14 days prior to arrival: guest forfeits 75% of the deposit



• 7 days prior to arrival: guest forfeits 100% of the reservation/booking total

A deposit amount of 60% of the total reservation is communicated to you at the time of making the reservation and is required to secure your booking. If this payment has not been made, your booking is not confirmed.
